Return Policy - X3LENCE
1. Return period
In accordance with Belgian and European law, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of your order to return an item without giving any reason.
• If the 14-day period falls on a weekend or public holiday, it is extended until the next working day.
• After this period we will no longer accept returns, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.
2. Conditions for returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
✅ In original condition, unused and unworn.
✅ Returned in original packaging with all labels intact.
✅ Accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or confirmation email).
🚫 Exceptions – Non-returnable products (for hygiene reasons):
❌ Boxing gloves (no returns or exchanges possible)
❌ Mouthguards (no returns or exchanges possible)
❌ Underwear, swimwear and other hygiene products
❌ Personalized or custom made products
❌ Digital products and gift cards
Returns will only be accepted for manufacturing defects or delivery errors and will be assessed first.
If a returned product does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.
3. Returns Procedure (Except Non-Returnable Products)
1. Report the return
• Please send an email to info@x3lence.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Return shipment
• Once your application is approved, we will send you the instructions.
• Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Approval and Refund
• Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the return is approved or denied.
• If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days using the same payment method used for the purchase.
• In case of exchange, we will send you a new item after approval of the return.
4. Return costs
• Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or a delivery error.
• We will not refund original shipping costs unless the error is ours.
5. Defective products or delivery errors
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@x3lence.com with photos of the product and packaging.
We organize a free return and offer an exchange or full refund.
