We currently deliver to Belgium, as well as to certain European and international countries.

2. Delivery times
We process and ship orders within 1 business day after payment.
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
Belgium: 1 to 3 working days
Europe: 3 to 5 working days
International: 5 to 7 business days
Please note: Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the carrier and busy periods (such as holidays, promotions, unexpected events).
3. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout depending on weight, destination and chosen carrier.
Shipping costs will be displayed before you confirm your order.

5. Tracking orders
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace number to track your package in real time.
6. Delivery problems
6.1. Delay or non-received package
If your order does not arrive within the expected time frame:
1. Please check the tracking link in your email.
2. Please contact the carrier with your tracking number.

6.2. Lost or stolen package
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the carrier has confirmed delivery. However, we will do our best to help you resolve the issue.
6.3. Damaged package
If your package arrives damaged:
1. Take photos of the package before opening it.
2. Please contact us within 3 days to report the problem.
3. We will provide a solution (replacement or refund if applicable).
7. Incorrect or incomplete address
Please ensure that the address you provide is correct and complete.
If the package is returned, we can resend it, but the shipping costs will be at your expense.
If the package is lost due to an incorrect address, we cannot be held responsible for this.
